Under normal circumstances, the arrival of your items typically requires between 7 to 10 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. While we strive to maintain this schedule, occasional local logistics factors may influence the exact timing.

Payment Procedures

LuvoroHome utilizes a secure Cash on Delivery (COD) system. Payment must be made in the exact amount in HKD to our authorized delivery personnel. A digital or physical receipt will be provided upon successful handover of the product.

This allows you to finalize your purchase only when the physical item reaches your designated address. This method provides an added layer of security and ensures you are satisfied with the arrival of your package before the transaction is completed.

Return and Refund Policy

Once a return is initiated and the product is sent back to us, our team conducts a thorough inspection. The approval of the product return is generally completed within 24 hours after we receive the item at our facility.

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via secure bank transfer once the returned item is inspected and approved. Customers must provide valid local bank details to facilitate the transaction.

Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their orders within 24 to 48 hours from the time of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped. Once the product leaves our facility for delivery, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
